another door opens..

It seems as every time I get discouraged with my business, He provides a way of encouragement. In the past, it has been someone randomly interested in purchasing a doll or owl. Or a surprise etsy buyer. This week, He has opened a huge door for me! I will be looking into the details this week, and will let you all know if it ends up working out.. :) Even the oppertunity, whether or not it actually works out, has been such an encouragemnt and very inspiring!

Miss. Gema

I was recently able to meet one of the most precious little girls I ever did  meet. :) Her name is Gema. Soon to be Nora's BFF. haha do they still use that term, BFF? Anywho her red curls, and her feirce, but oh so adorable, facial expressions prove Miss.Gema has quite an independent and free spirit. I believe, without have meeting her first, the owl I had made for her fits perfect!

Custom Ornament

I am excited to share with you a custom order I recently completed. A lovely lady named Jill was looking for a special gift for a special new baby. What better gift than a custom made ornament?

I am currently working on a few owls that should be on etsy soon. I am also working on a new pattern/design. I won't tell you now, I'll let it be a suprise.

It's been a while..

I am excited to say that I just delivered my first custom order. It was so much fun to create. I will post pictures in about a week, I wouldnt want to spoil the surprise, being that it is a baby show gift.

I have also finished creating another owl, Plum. She is now happily posted on etsy awaiting her new home. :)

Onto other news, a friend of mine has given me an awesome idea! Do you have any of your childrens precious baby clothes stored away, too memorable to get rid of? Why not plan to have a custom owl or doll made from them? What an amazing way to keepsake your memories! I will be doing this for Miss. Nora. It will be a wonderful thing for her to have for her children.
